What "from" means
£3,500 covers one helper doing one well-defined job with up to two system connections (for example: email + client files). More systems, more jobs or unusual complexity raise the fixed quote — which you'll have in writing before anything starts. No day rates, no surprise invoices.
What the monthly fee covers
Monitoring every run, fixing anything that breaks, improving the helper as your process changes, software running costs up to a stated cap, and the Friday summary. Cancel with one month's notice; the helper and its documentation remain yours to switch off or take elsewhere.
How does the cost compare with hiring someone?
A part-time admin hire costs roughly £12,000 to £15,000 a year, plus the time it takes to manage them. An AI helper costs about £10,700 in its first year — setup plus twelve months of running — and about £7,200 a year after that. It works evenings, is never off sick, and every action is logged.
