What is cloud consulting?

Cloud consulting helps an organisation design, migrate to, build on and operate cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) that are scalable, reliable, secure and cost-efficient. It spans architecture, migration, DevOps and site reliability engineering.

Which cloud should we use — AWS, GCP or Azure?

It depends on your workloads, team and existing commitments. We're vendor-neutral and will recommend the best fit — or a multi-cloud approach — rather than defaulting to one provider.

Can you migrate us with minimal downtime?

Yes. We plan migrations carefully — assessing dependencies, sequencing moves and using techniques like phased cutovers and dual-running — to minimise or eliminate downtime.

Do we actually need Kubernetes?

Not always. Kubernetes is powerful but adds operational overhead. We'll recommend it only when your scale and team justify it, and otherwise pick simpler, cheaper options.

How do you reduce our cloud costs?

Through FinOps: right-sizing, autoscaling, eliminating waste, smarter storage and commitment planning — typically cutting spend significantly without hurting performance.

What is SRE?

Site Reliability Engineering applies engineering discipline to operations — defining SLOs, building observability, automating toil and improving resilience so systems stay reliable as they grow.
